Wally Zaman, Esq.
Attorney
Waleed “Wally” Zaman was born and raised in San Jose, California, where he lived until moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, to complete High School. After graduating High School at age 16, Waleed spent time working with a local debate team, both to develop and hone his public-speaking skills, and to help incoming high-school students learn the basics of argument and rhetoric.
Waleed then attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, before transferring to Texas A&M. During his time at Texas A&M, Waleed co-managed his family’s hotel and R.V. Park businesses, while he completed his college education, and obtained a bachelors of business administration in Finance.
One year later, Waleed moved back to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he attended the Boyd School of Law, during which time he worked as a personal banker and pizza delivery driver to survive the first year of law school. Afterwards, Waleed spent two years clerking for a civil law firm, which gave him invaluable experience in meeting with clients, drafting legal motions, and attending court.
Waleed also has significant writing experience, including drafting appellate briefs that have been heard for oral argument in the Nevada Court of Appeals. Waleed Zaman, Esq. has handled more than one dozen state appeals for felony convictions.
After being admitted to practice law, Waleed worked diligently as an associate attorney. Waleed is always eager to spend extra time with clients and is prepared to answer any questions to address each of our clients’ unique needs. Waleed is also fluent in conversational Spanish, which he learned by listening to Spanish music while working at a Hispanic supermarket for seven years.
Mike Trippiedi
Attorney
Michael Trippiedi has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over 25 years, since 1994. Originally from New York, he moved out west and worked as a business owner of a small business for several years before pursuing a law career.
Michael attended Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he graduated Cum Laude. While at Boyd, he was selected as a member of the Law Journal, and his article “Do you have the skills to win at these games of chance” was one of only a few selected for publication. His published work has been cited in numerous legal articles and by multiple authors in law reviews around the country.
Michael began his legal career at a prestigious insurance defense firm in Henderson, Nevada. As an insurance defense attorney, Michael learned the “ins and outs” of the personal injury legal field from an insurance company’s perspective. He conducted countless depositions, arbitrations and trials. He worked directly with insurance companies and learned how they negotiate. Michael built up a vast knowledge of how and how not to build up personal injury claims that the insurance company would think twice before denying.
After representing clients for insurance companies, Michael moved to a prominent personal injury plaintiff’s firm in Las Vegas. It was there that he honed his skills in settling claims and litigating cases for injured plaintiffs, handling all types of personal injury cases, with his settlements reaching seven figures. He has taken pride in the work he has done for his clients.
As a partner at Zaman & Trippiedi, Michael’s priority is in giving each client the personal attention they deserve. With each case he handles and each client he works with, he takes a personalized approach to ensure the best and most effective outcome.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, who is also a local attorney, and his two children. Michael also enjoys coaching his son’s little league baseball team and traveling.
